Nick wasn't actually home on his birthday, he was actually in Atlanta, GA, interviewing at Emory Medical School. I am SO grateful that he was able to stay with friends, Zack and Aubrey Eyre, who made him feel loved and special on his big day!
When Nick got home, we partied! We went to Harumi's Sushi (Nick's favorite always!) and then bought Nick some new tennis shoes. Nick was also spoiled with his birthday + Christmas present, a Nintendo Switch that he was able to find on Craigslist. He is loving his newest gaming system so much! We then watched the Austen Powers Movie (the first one) and I hated it haha SO INAPPROPRIATE!
On Sunday, our friends from the ward came over to play games and hang out.
