Beachy Bridal Shower

On Saturday, May 27th, one of my mission companions and best friends hosted my "beachy" bridal shower. I had never really given much thought to how I wanted my bridal shower to be, so I must confess, coming up with ideas was quite challenging, even with Pinterest. It was my sweet fiance who decided that we should have a beach theme, since, after all, we would be getting married in Miami.

We ran with that theme, and selected decorations from Party City, Amazon, & the Dollar Store. I elected to have my shower the weekend of Memorial Day so that my dear Maid of Honor could come in from Amarillo, Texas for the shower. That was a wonderful decision.

I had an absolutely beautiful shower. Small, but beautiful. We enjoyed wonderful food (chicken salad sandwiches, chips, chocolate covered strawberries, and cookies), talked, played a how well do you know the bride game as well as a question and answer session game with the groom.

Thank you to everyone that came and made my shower so wonderful! I felt very, very loved!!
