A Grain of Gratitude Day 3

One crazy dream I have: to visit all of the temples in the world. Today I was able to get one temple closer to that dream, as I was able to do baptisms in the Oquirrh Mountain temple with Jesse, Alicia, and Joseph. SO beautiful and such a wonderful experience :) Oh, and such a small world- Joseph possibly met one his second cousins from Rexburg :D

We all had an interesting time wandering around WalMart looking for a ham for Easter dinner tomorrow, but we were able to find everything we needed! :) And it is Utah, I'm sure people wander around in church dress all the time :D

Work. FINALLY DONE WORKING SATURDAY SHIFTS! HOORAY! Yeah, that's all I have to say :D Oh, because I've never posted this on my blog before, I work in the Cougareat Food Court in the Wilkinson Center as a Host, meaning I do all of the cleaning :D While I definitely don't have the most glamorous or fun job, I am SO grateful that I had a job this semester to help me earn the money I need to go to China, give me job experience, and better teach me the value of hard work.

Joseph picked me up after work to go to a reunion with my AMAZING friends from Geography class last semester. I was so happy to see them, and had such a fun time catching up!

Then, Percussion Ensemble Concert where the lovely Christina Hurlbut (my big sister) performed! Such a good concert. The Panoramic Steel group was my favorite, and Joseph liked the Balinise group that his World Music Cultures professor directs. We both had a good time, especially since we're both percussionists lol

After the concert, we looked at some of the artwork in the HFAC and came across my name on the Dean's List for Fall Semester. Of all the random things to find in the labyrinth that is the HFAC. Too bad I'm not a member of the College of Fine Arts and Communications anymore :D I've switched to Humanities :)

We "topped" off the day with frozen yogurt at Spoon it Up (get it, topped- toppings lol)

yummm :)

Beautiful moment of the day captured: one of the reasons the Oquirrh Mountain temple is considered so beautiful is because of the incredible view of the mountains.

Beautiful :)
