Happy Easter!

As I was sitting in sacrament meeting today... I was struck by what Easter really means. And how ungrateful I am for everything that Christ sacrificed so that I could live my life today.

"Adam fell that men might be and men are that they might have joy"
- 2 Nephi 2: 25

I have such a wonderful life, and when I make mistakes, I can be forgiven through the power of the atonement. Jesus Christ suffered for me in the Garden of Gethsemane so that He could understand the trials and troubles that I face. Without His eternal sacrifice, I would not be able to return home to live in heaven someday. I have never felt so grateful for the love of my Savior and His sacrifice that allows me to find happiness in my life.

"And now, after the many testimonies which have been given of him, this is the testimony, last of all, which we give of him: That he lives!
For we saw him, even on the right hand of God; and we heard the voice bearing record that he is the Only Begotten of the Father-
That by him, and through him, and of him, the worlds are and were created, and the inhabitants thereof are begotten sons and daughters unto God" -Doctrine and Covenants 76: 22-25
