Nick and I had the blessing of attending the Mesa Easter Pageant with the sister missionaries in our ward. They were able to get us great seats up close to the front of the pageant.
The pageant is an annual program put on by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Members of the LDS church from around the Valley volunteer their skills performing, sewing costumes, choreographing, running the lighting, and being ushers. The pageant focuses on the life and ministry of Jesus Christ and serves as a powerful testament that He is Risen! The pageant is well put together--real sheep, real doves flying, people really get baptized, and the singing is on point.
Nick and I left with a powerful reminder that we know that our Redeemer Lives!
